Hundreds of Medical Marijuana Plants Move to Cultivation Center

Published: Wednesday, 01 Feb 2012, 4:23 PM MST

PHOENIX - It's the kind of operation that's now legal in the valley. Hundreds of plants were moved into a medical marijuana cultivation center -- one of the first of its kind in the United States.

On Wednesday, over 50 registered caregivers moved the pot plants into grow tents at the Compassion First Caregiver Circle in preparation for its grand opening.

The facility, located near 11th Avenue and Deer Valley Road will be the first of three created by CFCC that will provide caregivers resources.

"We are thrilled to finally open the doors of our first Cultivation Center on February 18th," Compassion First AZ CEO Gerald Gaines said. "Our mission has been to provide Arizona MMJ patients with reliable medication in a safe and secure environment, and that dream is now a reality."

Bullhead City needs a few dispensaries. We have one that gives but get it free but you leave a set donation price. If there were more dispensaries then the price may go down and you won't be paying street prices. So not right to charge so much for something that grows out of the ground and is easy to care for if you have the location to grow. That's the name of the game. Take advantage of the people so they can make a fast buck legally.
