To submit a support ticket here are some guidelines that will help expedite your service and receiving support in a more timely manner:

1) Always include both your username and email address in the support ticket. This applies to both regular users, co-op users and vendors. Co-Ops, please provide your full Co-Op name and not just your acronym.

2) If you are submitting a ticket that pertains to a certain thread please include the link for that thread in the ticket.

3) If you're submitting a ticket regarding your confirmation email to activate your account first, check your email's spam and bulk folders. Some email providers block or spam our emails. If you cannot locate the confirmation email please submit a ticket with your username and email adress. Both need to be stated in the email.

4) If you have been banned or received an infraction and would like to dispute it, please do not submit a ticket full of insults and profanity, that's not going to help your case. If you feel you have been banned or infracted in error, please include an explanation of why you think the ban or infraction is wrong and we will consider reversing the infraction or removing the ban.
