YES thats right this coming Saturday, October 20, at 1:00 PM there will be a gathering of trackers. This is open to all folks to attend this meet and greet whether your a patient, caregiver or not. The gathering will be during the next LA-ASA meeting in which.....

We will be having a special protest and Civil Disobedience training as part of the LA-ASA meeting. We discussed having this training at the last two monthly meetings, and I think it is important to do it soon in light of the continued escalation of Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) raids in the area. There were some tense moments at the emergency response protest in from of the Arts District Healing Center (ADHC) last week. It is crucial that everyone who intends to protest and/or engage in Civil Disobedience as part of the resistance to DEA raids know strategies to stay safe and be effective.

Saturday's meeting will also include updates on our statewide campaign to persuade the Governor to stand up for medical cannabis and other key campaigns. Invite a friend and come on out to the meeting:

not sponsor by anyone but one patient reaching out to others to come and attend and become apart of biulding a stronger commUnity.i thought since nocal was doing one why not socal and what a better time then an asa in which everyone could attend pateint or not.

by the way labrat i dont mind your smart ass remarks but sometimes they are inappropriate and cause unnesscary debating.

i ask that EVERYONE attend whether you agree with asa action or not so that YOUR voice can be heard and maybe sway asa to different aves of action.

I think what labrat's trying to say is: He wants more rallies closer to home. And, he wants co-ops to step-up to show some true activism and true compassion, and he's tired of the persistent in-fighting between some users and clubs.

What's going on is normal. It's competition. More importantly, we are all learning how to respond to bad government in a civil and effective fashion, nevertheless, we are learning to be a community. We are new community. Perfection will come in time. Till then...
