Rep Power: 1765      | thevolcanovaporizer.com stole my money, then they gave it back... About two months ago, I bought a Volcano from this website. When I called them because I wanted to change something about my order, I was told it had already shipped, and that I should refuse the shipment and get a refund. I did so, and FedEx confirms that it was returned to their warehouse in Nevada on Sept. 11, OVER SIX WEEKS AGO. I've e-mailed and called them several times over the last few weeks, and all I get is a curt "You'll get it later today". But weeks go by, and no refund. They now won't even answer my e-mails. THIS IS CRIMINAL!!!! Just wanted to warn people... UPDATE: After raising a stink, I finally got it back... Last edited by pheed; 10-28-2009 at 02:32 PM.. Reason: updated |

Call them, tell them the story and that you refused the shipment. They might ask for proof, just give them your fed-ex tracking number. I have had this happen before, never a problem with the credit card co.... |

So I called my bank this morning, and then e-mailed these guys again specifically letting them know that I started this thread on weedtracker. I also cc'ed that e-mail to Storz & Bickel, the manufacturers of Volcano in Germany. A few minutes later I got a call from a profusely apologetic CS rep. She said they recently changed staff, and my refund and e-mails got lost in the shuffle. She insists this is not normal for them. Oh well, I'll be happy when I get my $700 back. |
