Re: Reblowing Glass?

I would worry about finding someone who can repair it more than how much it costs,.
chances are it's dead !
Sorry,..

Re: Reblowing Glass?

It's fine here, this comes up from time to time, co-op chat maybe would be better, but who cares, its fine.

The question is how cool is this piece, because any repair, will work, but it wont be the same and it will always be weaker.

Is it time to buy a new and exciting device or are you attached enough to say to hell with the naysayers? If you love the thing, fix it, if you can bear to, upgrade!

LOL... I dont know if I should edit that or continue to giggle. I chose the ladder for now.

I thought the trip perc was a diff piece than the one we are debating repair? I get confused.... I read too many threads. Honestly if it is a wholesale district type piece, just buy another, the cheap glass is not worth the extra money and care you will put in for it to only break again. But if its a super nice Roor or other name brand and was a great 9mm tube that you just accidentally knocked off the table, that might be worth the energy to bring her back. You know, if you can, just clean her up real nice and go talk to the folks at Dementia, they'd know better than most of us here.
