....so, after being a speaker at the last city council meeting i was looking forward to getting another opportunity to express my feeling as a patient on their unreasonable stance on mmj!.....well, it looks like those dirty m-fers are trying to be a bit sneaky this time around, dirty is more like it!......they have alerted "potential" opposers of Farm Assist Caregivers of the city council meeting this monday(coming up!) where they will again attempt to shut FA down........this is just fine with me, that is until i learned everyone that had talked in favor of FA had not been notified!!!!.....myself included.....FA and some of its members were given a courteous heads up by those "potential" opposers(thank you for your help!) that they have been added to the next council meeting......it was my understanding that we as speakers were to be notified no later than 10 days of such a meeting!..........and the even more F-ed up thing is that FA Caregivers still has not been officially notified of the meeting!......i say that is a scumbag move on their part(city council) to try to have the meeting without giving FA or its members proper time to make arrangements for the meeting!....after all we are patients, not all of us are as healthy as other!....we need time to plan some our simplest moves, due some of our conditions, we need help from friends/family to drive places......getting all this together for patients takes time!!!....that's something the damn city council thought nothing about....or did they?......is that their plan?.....i call a low blow!.......for them not to think of their citizens input shows how much they respect us.....so it only leaves less than a week to rally!....oh, baby, and rally tha909 will!!!!....rev. dave, and the rest down @ FA, tha909 is on it....we're coming!!!!!....and this time we're pissed off!!!!!!!......

We need to stress the fact that street drugs cause violence. I'm definitely going to talk about all the recent violence and the 12th Street Gang. Getting rid of the only safe way to receive medication is only going to get more business going to meth heads in that area.

I'm not going to say this to the council, but it's Pomona, for fuck's sake. You'd think they might have bigger fish to fry than a goddamn reverend. If everyone in Pomona was like rev dave, it might not be such a horrible shithole.

ASA just today posted a new booklet on dispensaries for City Council meetings! I have already downloaded and printed my copy.

I went to Torrance, Lawndale and Redondo's meetings, and this booklet would have been really useful to hand the councilpeeps.

Make sure you print a couple of 'em and pass them out!
