More than i bargained for

Good day eh. i must make this post about our weekend, sorry so lengthy but necessary. And i first want to apologise to SFDVM and CEO, there just wasn't enough time in the day for me to meet you, i'll stop in to say 'hey' next time down.
My wife and i were down in the LA area and shopping. i was doing mine which consumed a lot of our time and Wendy did her Mall shopping. While i was sitting there shopping my daughter calls me to tell me my Kia vaporizor had arrived. Now i wanted to be home to try it out. i let Wendy do all the shopping she wanted and all could do after walking with her from one end to the other at the Northridge Mall i could do nothing but sit outside the stores as my legs were so swollen and so much pain, i thought i was having one of those nasty attacks that lasts for days.
Folks i hope you all know me well enough that when i see true compassion from a club i will tell people about it. Our first stop was at Topanga Caregivers. Mind you i am on a limited budget and my wife does without the joys she wants to comfort me, that's why i love her so much. You would too if you got to know her.
Topanga treated me with the upmost respect, check in was very smooth. i purchased some edibles and a strain called Blue Dream, it is very good. i do not know all these strains and what they do, so the budtenders are always put in control. Shelly knows what she's doing. Thank you for the blessings TC.
Second stop was MMI. Dave and His crew are exceptional in caring for the patient., checkin in was easy as can be i tried the blackberry and a snap of the J-2. Very good smoke folks. i was so blessed by Dave and his CREW that i was humbled immensely. i hate to feel as if i'm begging for anything, they assured me it wasn't anything like that. But that's not what this post is about. i said i recieved more than i bargained for from MMI. i met a man that day that saw right through me and when we got together that evening he let me know what he saw and everytime i tried to find justification, he would look at me and say 'bull***t. He then began to me tell everything i didn't want to hear. And the only reason i listened to him was because he had already walked the road to self destruction that i was headed for with my own health and family. He didn't kiss my hiney at all. My family has told me these same things over and over and i didn't listen. God was driving this one home. It made me realize that even being a minister i didn't have control of me. How could i possibly help others when i haven't taken care of myself first. Dale i thank you bro from the bottom of my heart. Friends tell you what you don't want to hear. He did not want me to suffer and lose the best things in my life.
i take 13 pills a day for my medical conditions and they are slowly killing me, changing my reasoning process. So now it's time to take my life back before i lose everything. And my doctor's gave me my last warning, but it's their meds that are killing me. You don't get this kind of patient care just anywhere. You can call it Karma, spiritual law or whatever. But these co-ops are here for you and me and i appreciate that. They are good solid clubs and may the good Lord flood their doors with patients.
We popped into NNCC to meet Kev and Missy, Missy was gone already =0 ( but got to see Kevin before he left the building. Very nice shop. i was amazed to see Isaic (sp) and Jay there too., 'hey guys'.
i only stopped to meet Kevin and Missy and was in need of nothing. i was asked if i wanted to sample any product and i couldn't but Jay snapped me a piece of Master Kush. Yesssssireeee, it came in handy for my ride home. Thank you. i hope to meet both of you next time Wendy and i come down.
All in all to my family here at Weedtracker i only speak what i experience, i do not schill i only tell the truth. These co-ops 'do' for the patient in need and for no other reason than to be there for you and me and i support any co-op with this type of comapssion within their shops. There are so many co-ops down in the LA area, it's like a smorgasboard. Just too many places to see.
Another thing i can say about these co-ops is; they're not afraid to recommend another co-op to any patient. This shows me they're not afraid about losing business, Actions speak louder than words.
i'm not out for the free gram, edible, gift bag or whatever i needed help and they were there and i was blessed so please feel free to show your support to the co-ops you choose. i get my reccmendations from posts on co-ops here on Weedtracker from the Weedtracker family, just don't have the ability to drive down once a week or the money for that matter. Thanks to all..... bp

Re: More than i bargained for

It's refreshing to hear about the many positive aspects that good co-ops bring to the lives of patients. We hear so much about a few co-ops that aren't doing the right thing that we forget how many really do try and meet patient needs.
