I went to a Cal State last year almost exclusively on federal grants/loans. I also have a MMJ card - it isn't and shouldn't be a problem.

If you're convicted it is a problem for your loans. Having a card and having a loan don't conflict but having a conviction and have the loans does. We were hoping someone could provide more info.
