I may be alone on this, but I have found a few of DismalQueen's comments to be a little politically incorrect. The general trend that Im noticing is that she skirts a lot of topics that are either outside of what Prop 215 and SB 420 protect or mentions subjects that are clearly forbidden in the guidelines. I dont mean to pick on you DismalQueen, but I have mentioned this to you before and with the sudden explosion of posts we are seeing from you I am constantly stumbling on things that make me a little uneasy. I know that I have no right to judge you and that it is hard to determine someone's intent over the internet but your posts hint of a more recreational nature. If everyone else disagrees I apologize and will not bring up the subject again. I just want to settle this for myself, and make sure no one else feels the same way I do. Again, this is not meant as an attack and I sincerely apologize if it comes off that way.

I know I have had a few people say something to me..I just dont post in the Threads..I know everyone pretty much knows all the people here..So some times I think when new people make a lot of one kind of posts we began to wonder who they really are. .just me....much love...

there's alot of Weedtracker's that talk and speak out of content of prop 215 and sb420 and always post dumb and ignorant garbage from you tube and other sites that have absolutely nothing to do with MMJ !! just my .02

Excellent point. Interesting how WT does not have a self-regulating policy regarding these kinds of abuses (and, yes, that is what they are, abuses of a system in place for real, serious medical needs -- not the WT system, but the system of compassionate use that gave WT its fortunes), especially when the perpetrator is as opaque as a freshly polished window on a brilliant sunny day.

Of course, it's not really surprising that the system of checks and balances here are nonexistent, or financial only. I stumbled on the entries of a former WT'er who was banned. The nature of his last entries consisted solely of his reaction to the news that WT was beginning to advertise in High Times and the like, thereby introducing a "stoner" [my word] element to these forums.

No telling if that was the reason for his banishment, but it certainly makes the choice clear for one who joined WT to fulfill the yearning for an open dialogue about the medical use of cannabis, and the concurrent political and social climates that produced the insanity of a nation persecuting its own citizens for exercising their Constitutional rights.

I would like to think these forums were designed to be "open" for real discussion of ideas, but I expect when I too am banned, I will confirm otherwise.

Of course, I have no one but myself to blame. The name said it all: Weedtracker, no more, no less; I just chose to see something else in my naiveté.

What amazes me is when users assume that what they are able to see still in the public forum MUST be the prelude to a ban. My friend, first, we delete posts that break rules. Second, some users require administrative action due to rules they break in private communications, such as threats, for instance.

Walk a day in our shoes before making too many assumptions. You may find yourself with your foot in your mouth.

I agree with you. I suppose users can post whatever they want if it is medical or in the proper forum, but the posts about orgasms and illegally driving while medicated bother me quite a bit. This IS an open forum for anyone to see and it makes patients look really bad to post about getting "stoned" or driving "stoned". This is our medicine, NOT our high.

After reading this thread through, I have the following to say:

If you have something to say that concerns you about another user, bring it to the staff. Publicly calling someone out is petty and inappropriate. If folks don't like someone, put them on ignore, that is why it is there. No more tongue-in-cheek or straight forward attacks of any kind will be tolerated.
