Don't you hate when co-op workers are assholes? I'm usually not one to bitch, but last week I went to the Pacific Greens, Inc
at 816 N. Milpas Street in Santa Barbara, and I left totally pissed off

. When I got there, they made me wait in their extremely small entrance room. I waited there for about 5 minutes, along with 2 other patients who came in after me, and the guy finally opens the door to let us in. So since I noticed no customers leaving the place, I asked "what took so long?" Then the guy all of a sudden starts yelling "It's none of your fucking business what we do back there! I don't need to tell you shit!" So already being really annoyed that I had to wait in the tiny room, I tell the guy, "did you know there are a bunch of other dispensaries in Santa Barbara?" The guy then says "Then fuckin' leave! Go then! Get the fuck outta here!" trying to act hardcore like he's the only dude in town selling meds. As he's saying this I start ignoring him with yah yahs because I wasn't going to just leave after waiting for this bullshit. The guy eventually shuts up and goes in the other room, so the other employees start trying to make up for his horrible customer service. They start feeding me with excuses, and I'm not fooled and simply tell them, "I just asked him a question because I waited 5 minutes while seeing no patients leaving at all, and he flipped out right off the bat like an asshole. He needs to medicate or something. He was totally inconsiderate of my feelings." Then they start saying, "well you know being considerate is a two way street, bla bla" and so I say "Yeah, that's why I acted like an asshole to him." Then they know he fucked up and wanted my service still cuz it's a piece of shit place so they started trying to make me feel better. I'm not going to that sorry ass place again, and if you live in SB, I suggest you never go there either. I hate that place so much now, I still keep thinking about how much I wanna fuck that dude up who works there

. I guess it's time for me to medicate to calm down again.

There are other places downtown Santa Barbara; I suggest Nature's Path Care.:smile2:

I have waited almost 30 minutes before at a Co OP. That is no big deal compared to what people went through prior to Prop 215 and SB420.. I waited 2 weeks one time and nothing ever happened. Ive driven 200+ miles each way to get Med's and come up empty handed. That happened 4 times in a row.(That 's one of the reasons I moved back to Cali.) So be thankful you can even get Med's.. Most of the other states are totally screwed. The Dispensary worker didnt need to get so snappy.. But, you dont need to start tripping after 5 minutes. usually it takes more time than that just to get verified by your DR.

Well this is all a matter of good vs bad customer service. Some people are friendly and customer-oriented/compassionate and some just aren't. As a client, you're the one who determines which co-ops succeed and which fail. Patronize the kind ones, shun the skeezy ones.

I probably know who you're talking about at PGI. The waiting room is not that small, and wow 5 minutes? Thats a short wait.

yeah the wait wasn't the bad part, it's the way that the asshole treated me that pissed me off. PGI sucks and it is not worth it to go there. any patient would have been offended by his actions.

The Bubba is what Im smokin too. At night i give it a Kief dusting to make me cough real good before going to sleep.

Just the otherside of the coin. I personally like PGI. I've gotten quality meds at good prices. Always been treated with respect and either a short wait, or none at all.

all this drama over five minutes seems petty to me ...though the dude should have never had acted up like that ....5 minutes aint that bad well better luck at your next club...

loner, I think ucsbrasta's issue is not really with the wait. I don't think 5 minutes is a big deal either. I will wait much longer for good service. However, if someone is going to tell me to fuck off, I am outta there no matter how short or long the wait is. Just is not right.

Steven is probably right. There are probably good employees at this co-op. Just so happens that one person made for a bad experience. Just goes to show the old addage that people like the service, they tell 1 person. they dislike the service and they tell 10 people.

I've been to the club a handful of times before, and they were all good experiences until this one. The guy probably just needed to medicate or something and just lost his temper. I'm just not used to being yelled at and especially not by an employee at a co-op.

Drove a total of 6 hours roundtrip, HNC, waited 30 minutes to get verified, they were short handed, very. By the time I got to go in, they had sold
out of my med of choice, settled for next best Pink Kush 75, smoked that in 15 hours, nothing to write about. Fresh, but, just no kick. Also got the Master, Sour Deisel, Northern lights, blah. They gave a discount of 10% for travel, plus a gram of shake (surprisingly good shake), glad I didnt have to pay full price for medium meds. Great famous names, just not the best harvest.
Car did not fare so good.

I hate it when going into a new co-op, and they have the snottiest attitudes liike I need them more than they need me...sad.
