WeedTRACKER.com Announces Music Label

San Francisco, CA 7:00PM- Dogpatch Media LLC, creator of WeedTRACKER.com, has announced its plans to create a new music label and online digital music distribution site coming in early 2009, http://weedtrackermusic.com/. WeedTRACKER Music will offer a unique service. Active members will gain access to music and entertainment that comes directly from their peers within the medical marijuana community.

WeedTRACKER Music will feature artist downloads, pictures, information, discussion and more with a streamlined platform that is easy to navigate. WeedTRACKER has taken this bold move forward with the goal of uniting members through common interests while spreading the message of safe and responsible medical marijuana use.

The first slated release by the WeedTRACKER Music label will be a fully packaged CD featuring Jah Warrior Shelter High Fidelity Sound System, a Bay Area based reggae crew that is deeply rooted in San Francisco’s medical marijuana community. The award winning Jah Warrior Shelter, comprised of Rocker-T, Jah Yzer, Ivier, and Irie Dole, has established itself as one of California’s leading DJ crews. Each selector in the crew has his unique style, earning well-deserved recognition. Jah Warrior has worked alongside acts like Cypress Hill, Lee Scratch Perry, Burning Spear, KRS-ONE, and Super Cat among a myriad of others. Their Mix CD will be exclusively available to the WeedTRACKER community.

WeedTRACKER Music also plans to promote live events and entertainment throughout California in 2009 featuring artists on the label, comedians, and activists within the community.
