The following section of the WeedTRACKER Rules/Terms of Service has been changed. By continuing to use the site you agree to these changes. the definitions of spam and shilling have changed slightly for clarification:
Quote:
Spam & Shilling
Spam: SPAM is not only a canned precooked luncheon meat product made by the Hormel Foods Corporation, its unsolicited, unwarranted and unapproved advertising. Spam on WeedTRACKER is the posting or sending of private messages that contain advertisements for products or services offered by CO-Ops without the approval of the WeedTRACKER.com staff or without being a paid advertising sponsor. Spam is also considered a willful act or post which sometimes has malicious intent to either annoy another user or Co-Op, bump a users post count, troll, or commit other such acts.
Shilling: A shill is an associate of a person (vendor) or Co-Op selling goods or services or a political group, who pretends no association to the seller/group and assumes the air of an enthusiastic customer. The intention of the shill is, using crowd psychology, to encourage others unaware of the set-up to purchase said goods or services or support the political group's ideological claims. Shilling is illegal in many circumstances and in many jurisdictions because of the frequently fraudulent and damaging character of their actions.
Our Interpretation of: Spam & Shilling
Do not spam or shill. If we suspect a Co-Op of spamming or shilling we will ask you to stop. If a Co-Op does not stop there will be no further warnings, the offending Co-Op will be removed from WeedTRACKER.com permanently. Co-Ops removed from WeedTRACKER will not be allowed back on the site. If your Co-Op is removed for breaking the Terms of Service you void all claims to any ongoing advertising which will also be cancled and no refund of payment will be made.
