DISCLAIMER

We reserve the right to remove any user, co-op or post for any reason. If you feel you’ve found a post that is objectionable, please report it to the staff using the ‘report bad post’ button (the red triangle in the post-bit of the user who made the post), doing that will alert the staff to the problem post and appropriate action will be taken to resolve the issue. We will not remove any post at the request of a Co-Op, when the reason is because a users post is negative towards that Co-Op. Opinions on Co-Ops are what WeedTRACKER is all about, and users are allowed to freely express them. We will only remove a post about a co-op of it violates our terms of service (see above and below this rule).


REGISTRATION

You must be 18 years of age or older to visit, view, join, read, post, or contribute to WeedTRACKER.com. You must also be a legal Medical Marijuana Patient, as defined by the laws of your state. If you are not 18 years of age or do not meet these requirements, please leave now.

Registration for forum users is FREE and only requires a unique valid email address. Registration from encrypted, anonymous re-mailers or through a proxy server, other through use of any other anonymous email services, is prohibited. Any user using such systems who is currently registered may continue to use them, however, no new users will be allowed to. Upon your initial registration with WeedTRACKER you will be UNABLE to start ANY new threads in ANY forums. You will be allowed to start new threads once you have been an active member for 7 calendar days and had 10 posts. You CAN however, start a new thread in the "Meet the WeedTRACKERS" Forum. Posts in that forum do not count towards your 10.

WEEDTRACKER RULES & REGULATIONS


1) Appropriate Discussion Topics: Public & Private

1.1) Medical Marijuana General Discussion

- Discussion should be some how related to Medical Marijuana, consider questions about dispensary locations, directions, hours, atmosphere, sales, product availablity, quality or accessability. Also consider questions about the location of specific strains or other products that meet you medical needs.

1.2) Medical Marijuana Strains

- Discussion about strains can include, names, genetics, origins, Co-Ops who have clones available. If you need more information about growing, please click here for a Google search that will assist you better than we can.

1.3) Medical Marijuana Co-Ops

- Discussion about the Co-Ops can include your likes, dislikes, opinions, feedback and suggestions. You can express your opinion, just dont do it in a explitive filled insulting rant and rave because that doesnt help anybody improve their quality or service. Constructive criticism works the best for everybody even if its negitive.

1.4) Medical Marijuana Laws

- Discussion of the current state of the law in California and Nationally.

1.5) Medical Marijuana Activism

- Protest, meetings, gatherings, and court support.

1.6) Medical Marijuana Effects

- How does Marijuana help your condition, share its benefits and effects with others.

1.7) Medical Marijuana Lifestyle

- Your daily life and how Marijuana helps or hinders it.

1.8) Popular Music, Movies, TV & Sports

- Everything else thats not Medical Marijuana related or doesnt break some other rule can go in here.


Infractionable Offenses: The following are not allowed and will result in warnings, infractions, and bans.

First Offense: Warning
Second Offense: Infraction
Third Offense: Temporary Ban
Fourth Offense: Permanent Ban


2) Inappropriate Discussion Topics: Public & Private

2.1) Personal Information: Names, Ages, Addresses, Phone Numbers,
Descriptions, Photographs, etc.

- People dont want their personal information made public. This includes descriptions of "cute" girls and boys. People like their privacy and if you decribe them as "cute" or "hot" or whatever there is the possibility that they are going to be harassed by other people who want something from them. If your hot for the door guy or girl, tell them in person, you dont need to do it here. We want to respect the privacy and security of our users as much as possible so we ask that if you must exchange personal information you do it by private message.

2.2) Politics other than those related to Medical Marijuana.

- Politics are a volitile issue. Everybodys got their opinions and often those opinions come attached with profanities and insults to the people who disagree with your opinion. Thats not productive, nobody is going to want to support your cause if they think all the supporters are lunitics who yell and scream and shout insults at those who disagree.

2.3) Religious discussion of any kind. No Religious use of Cannabis
discussions.

- Similar to politics, Religion is a personal issue and we would prefer if you just keep your relationship or lack of relationship with God to yourslef while on WeedTRACKER.

2.4) Sexist, Racist or other derogatory subject matter. This includes
"Hot or Not" type threads (ie. "which Co-op has the hottest employees" type threads, etc.)

- This is an extension of the personal information. We dont want people to feel like they are being harassed or stalked because they work at a co-op or dispensary and the users think their "hot." This isnt a dating site, its a medical site and we would prefer to stay on the topic of Medical Marijuana.



2A) General Spam & Spammed Advertisements

This section is pretty self explainitory, we all agree that this stuff is generally in bad taste and should not be done on WeedTRACKER.
2A.1) No Co-Op product reviewing by Co-Op owners or employees
2A.2) No Co-Op product reviewing by paid outside reviewers
2A.3) No Co-Op product reviewing by the products vendor
2A.4) No Co-Op product reviewing in forums other than the Co-Ops forum or
review section
2A.5) No Posting deals or specials in forums other than the appropriate forums
2A.6) No Posting off topic comments in other users threads
2A.7) No Advocating or mentioning one club in another club's forums


2B) Bumping & Adding No Content to Threads

2B.1) No posting anything but smilies

- You can do better than that. It doesnt take much to compose a complete thought and write a sentence.

2B.2) No posting anthing but one word answers (ie: yes, no, etc.)

- Sometimes these type of answers are appropriate, but for the most part a complete sentence that exprsses a thought will go alot further than just a simple yes or no answer.

2B.3) No posting off topic or unrelated replies

- Dont you think its annoying when somebody hijacks your thread with something totally random? I thought so, so dont do it to others. If you have something to say, start a new thread.


2C) Flaming or Attacking other Members

2C.1) No sexist, racist, bigoted, or otherwise offensive posts to any other user, co-op, or co-op employee.

- If you would get fired for saying it at your day job, you probably shouldnt say it here either.

2C.2) No post that states or implies that any user is a LEO or DEA.

- Its not cool to accuse people of things that arent true. Unless you have offical documentation to back up your claim and you can post it along with your claim, then you might be able to get around this rule. Otherwise, dont do it.


2D) Inappropriate Language

2D.1) No posts that contain more foul language than content.
2D.2) No post that states or suggests that a co-op deserves or deserved to be raided.
2D.3) No post that theorizes why any co-op was raided.


2E) Signature Rules

These rules are pretty self explainitory, they are designed to cut down on spam.

2E.1) No co-op names.
2E.2) No co-op addresses.
2E.3) No co-op phone or fax numbers.
2E.4) No reference to co-ops or dispensaries of any kind.
2E.5) No menus.
2E.6) No specials.
2E.7) No deals.
2E.8) No copyrighted or trademarked materials or images of any kind are allowed in signatures.



2F) Questioning Board Rules or Moderators Decisions

2F.1) No public contempt for the rules

- If you have a problem, contact me (PM weedtracker or email admin [at] weedtracker [dot] com), I will listen to your concerns and help address them to make the situation right.

2F.2) No public contempt for the staff

- The staff works very hard to keep this site running. If you have a problem with one of them, contact them directly or contact me and Ill help you resolve the problem.

2F.3) If you have a problem or suggestion please contact a moderator or
administrator privately.

2F.4) No posting of private messages, reputation comments, or comments on warnings or infractions.

- These things are private and should stay private.


2G) Sales

2G.1) No sales by any user of bongs of any kind.
2G.2) No sales by any user of pipes of any kind.
2G.3) No sales by any user of vaporizers of any kind.
2G.4) No sales by any user of medicine of any kind.
2G.5) No sales by any user of clones of any kind.
2G.6) No sales by any user of seeds of any kind.
2G.7) No sales by any user of growing equiptment or supplies of any kind.
2G.8) No request of vendors of any kind by any co-op or user.
2G.9) No request for employees of any kind by any co-op or user.
2G.10) No outside sales of any kind by any co-op or user.


2H) Advocating One Club in another Club's Forums

2H.1) No referencing of any co-op, positively or negatively, in another co-ops forum.


2I) Growing or Concentrate Discussion

Why is the discussion of growing not allowed? Because this is not a Marijuana Growing website. This site is dedicated to the discussion of Medical Marijuana Co-Ops and the products they sell. Yes, I know they sell clones, but that is only a small part of their business. If you want to discuss growing, there are thousands of forums dedicated to this topic that can provide you much more information than we ever could. A simple Google seach for "Marijuana Growing Forum" will get you started in the right direction.

2I.1) No discussion of growing is allowed of any kind.
2I.2) No discussion of making concentrates is allowed of any kind.
2I.3) All post about growing or concentrate making will be closed and/ or
deleted when found.



3) Menu Posting

Any post made by any user or co-op that contains a list of strains, concentrates
or edibles or any other product that contains more than one item is
considered a menu.

3.1) No menu posting in the "Deals" forum.
3.2) Menus may only be posted in a Co-Ops forum or in the dedicated
Menus Section of WeedTRACKER.
3.3) Only authorized Premium WeedTRACKER Subscribers can post menus.
All other menu threads will be deleted.



4) Deals Forums

4.1) Co-ops and users must post bonafide deals in the respective forums and not regular donation costs and/ or menus. The deals should be for WeedTRACKER users.
4.2) Users may not make posts in these forums that do not directly relate to the deal being offered, i.e. no asking for other donation costs, directions, phone numbers, etc.
4.3) Co-ops may not post more than one deal every seven (7) days in the Deals offered by co-ops forum.
4.4) Users may not post deals in the Deals Found by Patients forum for co-ops that are not listed on WeedTRACKER.



5) Multiple Users

5.1) No user may have more than one unique user name.

- If you have roommates or a spouse that share a computer thats ok.

5.2) No co-op may have more than one user name per employee.
5.3) All co-ops employees MUST register themselves as a co-op.

- If you dont, we may ban your account until you do.
