All Co-Ops must register their employees' usernames. You can do this via the support center (follow link in my sig) or by PMing me. This information is contained in the forum guidelines (and is verbally expressed by our representatives when you sign up):

IX. Co-Op Membership Rules

4. All co-op employees MUST register themselves as a co-op.
5. All co-ops must register their username and employee usernames with the Website within 10 days of sign up.

Roughly 5% of Co-Ops actually report their employees after initial sign-up. This is one of the major reasons why our Multiple User Detector is utilized. We would have no idea of what was going on with your accounts if we didn't have this tool. This is why we send so many PMs about Multiple User trips.

By default, Co-Op accounts do not have access to their forum if they are not activated by an Admin. Additionally, they will need their post count upped if you want them to start posting menus, etc. Also, you will be held accountable for their actions so you will need to ensure that they know the rules here. If you do not trust your employee to adequately represent you then it is suggested that you do not let them post anywhere on Wter. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter! :)
