Your reported posts are greatly appreciated. However, we are receiving many requests that are outside of the moderator's responsibility. It is up to you to give clarification on the practices of your co-op, not ours. We will not delete posts that you find to be incorrect, unless it is a rule violation. You need to address your issues to the posters in your forum. Wter is in a unique position to be the bridge between patient/caregiver discussion. That's one of the purposes your forum serves. Communication goes a long way, further than a deleted post. You might be greatly surprised at how understanding users can be. And if they aren't, screw it. You can't say you didn't try :).

Co-Ops, please be aware that requests to delete negative reviews will be rejected if they do not violate the guidelines. I understand that many owners disagree with this but do not expect us to delete a neg review based on your claim that "this user is my ex-employee/rival co-op/<insert revengeful person here>". We simply cannot honor requests for deletion based on little or no activity on the board. We will gladly look into any issues that violate our guidelines but we just cannot take these requests without seeing any proof. We need to see intent, we need to know that it is legitimate. We feel that this a fair policy and hope that we all can find some common ground on this.
