IF OBAMA LEGALIZES OR WE SEE SOME FEDERAL LEGALIZATION THIS DOMAIN IS GONNA BE WORTH BIG BUCKS! I can prolly run a delivery service off of it ! its parked at www.dankchronic.com right now!!! isnt that sweet? no im not advertising anything! i just wanted to get some opinions guys do you like the domain? (its currently parked at a blank fedora test page so you know im not attempting to advertise on WT) |

Personally, I think there is more luck in buying a lottery ticket, but what do I know? I'd read the fine print from godaddy.com however, they might have a clause hidden somewhere in there that doesn't actually give you ownership of the domain name, I'm only guessing and don't know, but that sounds like something a smart corporation would do. |

Rep Power: 3079 | Re: I just bought dankchronic.com Speaking with over a decade's worth of experience in this business: 1) You paid too much. 2) It isn't that good of a domain at all... it's not catchy, it's not easy to spell for a non-savvy visitor, and it just doesn't sound or seem like a legitimate company name (if you did try to expand on it). 3) It just so happens you chose one of the least friendly registrars to buy your domain through (go daddy). If you did end up turning it into a marijuana front/business, a simple letter to Go Daddy (by an anti-pot group or even the government) would get your domain canned... it's happened before. I think the lesson here is to not purchase domains while medicating, lol. Personally, I give myself 2 days before purchasing a domain after thinking of it. my 3 cents.
