Yo, Guys, this haarp is the real deal. This is a government program which releases no information due to national security. But get this. If you dont tell anyone, someone can steal your idea, so the government has purchased patents, all which are public record. They range from weather control, to mind control, to radio wave interference, everything.

By the way if you guys dont know Haarp experiments with the ionosphere. A typical experiment, they will beam rays into the ionosphere and the rays coming in will cause an external reaction of gigantic proportions. Got to love scientists
