I was wondering if there would be a way to stick the "You Are Here" navigation links at the bottom of every page. I use it a lot to move quickly from one section to another, but after I've read a whole page of a thread, I have to scroll all the way back up again to get to it. Thanks.

That's a great idea IMO. I made my default page view 100 posts long, so scrolling up (ok, I right click the scroll bar and hit "top") can be annoying.
