i think we need a section just for cannabis and health videos we find throughout the net. for some folks its easier i think for them to view a vid to understand something or what not. we could make a collection of links to all of the great information and fun stuff too around the internet. that would make wt a great central place for cannabis users to go and see what's what.

This is a fantastic idea! How cool would a video co-op tour be, or an intructional video on going through the motions of getting your card, or some nice pro-mmj propaganda...the gears in my brain are a turnin!

Cannaworld, you are correct in theory, but there are a thousand work arounds (like hosting the video remotely) to this problem. If video's became popular you'd probably end up eating a little more bandwidth but think about the community impact this could have (not to mention the advertising possibilities).

If anyone is actually serious about this, lets brainstorm a little. Without sounding like a braggart, I do this sort of thing for a living and I have at my disposal A LOT of production equipment and experience....we could make this happen with some hard work ; )

So I am ABSOLUTELY dead serious about doing this, and I'll do it with or without you guys ; ) I would love some feedback, ideas, just general thoughts. Do you think that this would be beneficial? How difficult do you think it will be to get non-disclosure status to film in a dispensory or a doctor's office? Besides places like NORML and ASA, do any of you have any other sources that operate local (San Francisco) offices where I may find some help? Would you as a patient be willing to interview on or off camera? Where would you like to see something like this, as in how should it be made available? And most importantly, has this been done already? I am completely open to ideas and/or assistance in any form.

My idea: a short about how to go through the motions of getting your medicine starting at finding a doctor all the way to choosing a dispensory. I meet so many people who would qualify and benefit from MMJ but don't know how to obtain it. And I have seen WAYYYY too many smear jobs in the press about how MMJ negatively effects neighborhoods and such.

This would be an involved project and it'd take quite some time, so I really want to know if people would like this sort of thing ; ) Let's make some art guys!!!!! Please reply with suggestions and/or thoughts.

thats all great ideas, to bad you up north and i'm in the south but i thnk we can still do things.

for the whole disclourse bit maybe you could just create a set for the dispensory or doc office and not worry about a clinincs involement but maybe some out there will be interested in doing this.

i would be will do be interviewed, used as an actor, film or whatever else is needed in this endevour.

short film on how to join the mmj community for sure and more like showing rallies (help encourge others to help in the fight), how cannabis really helps with ones life(views from patients on thier use for different illments), pro-cannabis messages to combat the reefer madness views, how to set-up a garden ( i know that theres a lot of these types out there but not for the medical field you know show from buy clones or seeds to the rest of set-up for gardenin) and even other films like how to make edibles, storages of cannabis boy we could make film after film on subject of cannabis.

Ideas FREEKaya, your ideas are great. The more we share the better the end product! I like your suggestions and this is the sort of positive discussion that is crucial. WT told me there is at least one ducumentary about the MMJ scene, and once I check that out (or any others out there, please do tell if you know of any) I'll have a better idea about wich direction this could go.

i posted a few here like the "if drugs were legal" and "busted, citizen guide to handling police", but i found some things @ www.demoniod.com (need to register, allow this almost weekly) in the search enigine put marijuana also might find others thru www.mininova.org (good search engine for torrents) or the reefer museum http://reefermadnessmuseum.org/ (god spot to get ideas on combating reefer madness)
