I have seen members who's rep-power is zero but they have a full line of green squares. I have seen members with gold leaves with lower rep power than others with less display. What is happening?

Um, this post is a few months old but better late than never.....

The imbalance between the graphic display and rep power is most likely due to how much rep that person has given out. So, let's say you see a n00b that has been repped and you see a bunch of boxes but no rep power, it means they haven't given anything out yet. Also, length of memberships has an effect too. There are small, various weights and aspects that determine rep power~ it's not a direct proportion between the amount of rep received.

That made total sense. I saw big poppas username earlier and asked myself the same thing so basically...

1. when you get repped, rep the person back so you get tallied (give and you shall receive)

2. Seniority gets more reputation

What do the leaves represent? i dont understand them....prob nothing really to understand but are the gold leaves like forth 5000 or something? lost

There's 43 reputation levels ranging from -75 to 150,000 and each have their own 'anchor'. I believe those anchors impact how many points one needs to have a pip or a leaf.

So if someone give me 100% rep does that mean a gold pip? And like 50% rep is the bronze pip?
