i need some help,what is a post,or what is a thread,how does it work i am just not getting itcan someone out ther who can help

A thread is a discussion which is composed of posts. For example, you created a thread by making the post "help". I'm responding to your thread by making this post. Hence, a forum is an online discussion.

Here is wikipedia's explanation as to what an internet forum is.

Also, I suggest visiting the "How to Use vBulletin" FAQ section. vBulletin is the software program we use for the site. This section has links for explanations on various features that the program uses ex: posting replies, friends list, notifications, etc. Very useful area containing lost of information.
