Can I make a growing group without getting banned/suspended or getting other banned/suspended?

Also, in my Xbox 360 group I want to be able to post a message that stays at the top of the message list...can I do that?

I know we can't speak of growing because of the TOS but can we make a group so we can network with others?

It violates WT TOS. Check out the stone soup social group - they have a place where they may discuss topics not permitted at WT. Send a PM to Happguy for details of the group. The idea is affordable medicine via cooperative endeavors.
