Lightbulb Could diabetes be another topic?

Could their maybe be in health section or somewhere else, another forum/or topic pertaining to diabetes and mmj?? A huge number of people have diabetes even us mmj patients. And mmj can/does affect our diabetes one way or another? I feel it would be nice to have another health problem section dedicated to diabetes. It can allow some diabetics who usually shy away from discussing their personal life with diabetes discuss their illness freely here on this forum. Some examples of how we are affected are changes in blood sugar leels alter our mood and i'm curious how this affects other people when stoned. Like how they handle the munchies while maintaining total blood sugar control. I feel it would be a popular section since i know of quite a few people here are diabetic. Many more pros as to why its a good idea but i don't feel going into detail will be necessary. excuse me, but i am heavily medicated and woke up from a 4 hour nap with my blood sugar being extremely high which put me into the nap. If i was not "medicated" i may have been able to feel my blood pressure level or have found a need to test it before deciding to lose the whole day to sleep. I'm not blaming mj, but it's just an example how us diabetics are effected.

Re: Could diabetes be another topic?

I have been a diabetic for 30 years and a marijuana smoker for 15 and i think you are using mmj as a scapegoat to blame your high blood sugar on. why not blame it on the fact that you ate too much or didnt take enough insulin? that seems way more reasonable than blaming mmj. i agree that a forum for diabetes health would be cool but come on man dont blame mmj
