I have to admit I haven't been the best person on this site at times...

There are times I become "warlike" and have little tolerance for the issues of others.

I don't know why this happens to me....it also happened for me at times on OG..

Sometimes I think it's the heat...or my MS..or my lack of faith in my fellow man...or myself...

It must be something contagious...it seems to be an epidemic here on WT.

The reason for this site's existence became lost to me shortly after I had started
coming here regularly...I had registered many months before....but only made a couple of posts.

I soon decided that WT could go "jump in a lake" and since insulting each other became the topic of over half the posts I saw, I soon jumped on that bandwagon too.

I saw very few people being kind to each other...and precious little solidarity and patient support outside of WT's other function....info on where the medicine was at.

I'm active on a couple of boards under a different name, and manage to be helpful, caring and calm. I guess hate and resentment is contagious! :(

Today I read a few posts calling out for peace and solidarity..and gave them just a glance....not caring if they were hurt or angry at the "mob" I had joined by "convenience" - Be Cool or be Cast Out!

I don't want to be cool or hip or popular...I want Medical Use to SURVIVE and THRIVE!

I'm going to do my best to not let the "Bastards" wear me down, turn a cheek to the jerks or those that haven't figured out that this is deadly serious stuff!
Not a game to be played because California's laws make it easy to be a patient.

I see people die on a regular basis, I have chosen to make my stand by helping those in need that would never, ever go to a dispensary and often times when I see Medical Marijuana taken for granted, I become angry..in fact hostile.

Boy, it's EASY to shit on each other when we are just letters on a monitor!

Today, for some reason, I saw the pain of those who were met with "arrows" clearly ... mine included. I will tell the reason.

Someone made a post insulting me tonight..I figured par for weedtracker.....When they PM'ed me apologizing..it hit me. I don't like being a "warhead"!

I felt bad that I had allowed myself to get caught up in the games. I also realize we all have something positive to contribute...if we allow ourselves to be good to each other! What a FORCE we could be for each other..and more importantly, patients yet to come.

I invite you to watch your posts, be kind to each other and make life ...better.

I know it's my "rant" .. but I hope everyone tries to see things from the "barrel of the gun" when it's pointed at you and wakes up to the one thing I know to be true: The only thing that will kill medical use isn't the Government..it's us!

So, I'm trying a new state of mind..one more peaceful and caring.

I politely invite you to do the same.

let's hope it's the hot weather that caused this warlike behavior. Please WT'ers read not a user's message and take it to heart before replying to someone you don't agree with. It's really not worth it to launch a full assault on anybody who you think"disrespected you". Take a deep breath...of smoke before clicking that reply button.

Plus it makes our jobs MUCH easier, if everyone would follow the golden rule, we'd all be much happier.

I also agree we should utilize weedtracker as a tool to learn and share things not bash each other to the extent that we want to punch the computer.:) :) ;)

Perhaps, it is fear over our cannibonalic future, or perhaps it is the heat. Afterall, 83 people have died in cali from the heat. We are lucky to be alive!

I agree it is great to get beyond the klingon mentality though.
"It is a good day to fry" and all that.

Let us all band together. We have nothing to fear but fear itself.
Can't think of any more dumb cliches to insert here, you will be glad to know.
