Sleep Problems!!!

Wow what should I do? I have mad insomnia...?

Before I get the OBVIOUS answer...let me explain how bad my tolerance is...

somewhere inbetween 6-8 edibles
buddah's earwax
honey oil
og kush
a few diff. bubba pheno's (la confi., cotton candy, purple bubba, etc.)

A few edibles and bubb'a pheno's during the day..

The rest of the edibles, and the earax, oil, and og at night...

Im happy and painfree...my body is very very extremely relaxed and TIRED....my mind still goes 1000000000000000000000000000000 mph

Eh, this is just a rant, I'm bored lol....its true though...

I know the feeling.I started a thread on the same thing.There were so many people that brought me stuff to help me sleep.I am In the same boat.I feel tired but my mind just wont shut off.I have been like this for the last 14 years.I am lucky to sleep a straight 4 hours a night.I think we just have to much to do and there is never enough time in the day.

Wow 14 years??? I'v had insomnia for like 2 years...on and off....

I would literally go crazy if it was for 14 years!!!!! WOW

Much Love Man...Going Stronger and Stronger despite the insomnia ...

That really shows how committed you really are for the movement and patients.....you so generously handle/help so many people's ailment's despite your own....

1- Shows how reliable/ compassion / for the movement you are

but

2- YOU REALLY DESERVE REST! I feel bad that you handle so many other people's problem but you yourself have bad insomnia (IN MY OPINION A BAD PROBLEM...I HATE IT))

P.S. I so agree with you that there is just not enough time in the day. I always say and think to myself that a day should ideally be 36 hours...24 hours awake time and 12 hours sleep time...now that would be perfect :slaugh:

Good list...

I must say that alot of excersing (anything from running, basketball, sex, any physical activity) done for 1-3 hours during the day will make it so that I am sleepy at night.

Sometimes tho I just don't have the time

Dont ebay medicated! Trust me. bmw's are bought really late at night that way:(

But seriously, been trying canrx(8-9 drops) about an hour and a half before I want to sleep and it has worked. Just like all meds, dont want to rely on it too much. Just when it gets really bad. But its a hit and miss just like any other meds with ones own body chemistry ya know.

I've noticed the times Can Rx hits varies on the emptyness of my stomach to basic body chemisty. Some people says it takes 3 hours, some people 30 minutes. But those meds definitely put me to bed!

try not smoking so much...the more you smoke the longer you prolong geting to the "burnout stage"...since most mmj smokers have high tolerences (and are broke)...it is nearly impossible to "overmedicate"...it is both of these stages that induce sleep (at least for me)...high

I had HORRIBLE sleep problems for 25 years. I mean, so bad I felt like the walking dead. This was not a night or two of poor sleep. I tried many cures, therapy, pills, pills, and more pills. What finally cured my problem was Effexor XR. My problem was GAD (generalized anxiety disorder) brought on in adult life by a shitty childhood.

Ninty percent of my problem is fixed and MMJ usually takes care of the other part. A top shelf Indica usually slams me directly into sleep and has taken care of the last seven percent of the problem. Only three percent left and I can deal with that.

I have to be really careful with the MMJ I use though. I smoked up a bunch of Sour D before bed the other night, not realizing that it's a Sativa. No lie, at 12:30am I was in the ER with chest pain. I thought I was having a heart attack. I knew in my head that it was panic, becuause GAD, taken to the extreme turns into panic. This is not the first time I have ended up in the ER with chest pain and there has never been a heart problem. It's been a panic attack every time. This time was no different. EKG was normal and I was sent to the waiting room to "wait". After about a half hour I got tired of waiting. Obviously, it was not a heart problem or I would have been taken into the ER quickly. It was panic. I just walked out, went home, took a Xanax and went to bed. I was fine the next day.

I am very sensative to Sativa's, but sure like the taste of the SourD.

it knocked my friend out for the first time since he tried all kinds of resources and names which didn't work out until Jolly Ranger. Hard to find because it's popular and get sold out fast. Maybe it will work for y'all!

my girl was like this. try cymbalta and a sleeping pill, like xanax or impero something or other. MMJ helps me just fine, but this other stuff works for thise immune...

For me the problem is not falling asleep its waking up every hour to note the time and tell myself oh shit 6 more hours then i have to get up, then I stuggle to go back to sleep only to wake up an hour later telling myself oh no now only 5 hours till I have to get up, by the time its 3 I'm dead tired but afraid to go to sleep because I hate going through the wake up senario so much by 3 I'm just flat out sick of it and I usually don't get much sleep after that. I get up at 5 so thats like 2 hours of laying awake begging myself to sleep. Somtimes if I take a benadryl the first time i wake up then I sleep for a couple solid hours.

A good bowl of a really strong indica topped with some indica hash, followed by an edible should take care of that. I have the same problem, I am always waking up at random times throughout the night. With this regiment of medicine I get a thourough nights rest.
