Rep Power: 605232 | Prayers and Good Thoughts Of Peace We just found out that a friend of SirKnight's has passed on. SirKnight knew Tracy and her husband Brian, for about 15 years. Tracy was diagnosed with Colon cancer about 6 years ago. She was 37 at the time. She fought it hard. She was a MMJ Patient. MMJ helped her with Chemo and her pain. She left us at 43. Here is something from her husband: My beautiful soul mate, Tracy, has passed on after a long struggle with cancer. She went in her sleep, at home in familiar environs (surrounded by her dogs and with hummingbirds and finches gracing her view and presence). She was very content to be at home, in her place of peace. My nickname for her was “Trooper Tracy” because she never gave in to self-pity and whining. We always tried to maintain the positive attitude, “It could be worse”. She went through a lot of pain and trials but her last weeks were painless and peaceful. I am not a religious man. So, I choose to think that her beautiful life-force is in every atom of the universe around me. When I get caught up in the grief and loneliness I typically step outside our patio to look up at the sky, whether it is sunny, rainy, or starry and breathe deeply to try to wrap myself in her essence, her peace, her spirit. Please take a minute for Brian and everyone that you know who is dealing with cancer and wish them peace. A Peace that goes beyond our understanding.
