Hi Community,

I just got word that our "Moms_Brownies" had an accident at work. She fell off of a ladder and really messed up her knee. After spending most of the night in the Emergency Room, she was released. She will not be able to work for at least a couple of weeks.

Please keep her and "Pops" in your good thoughts for a speedy recovery.

For those that have had the pleasure of being around "Mom" - you know what an Energizer Bunny she is. I don't know how she does it, her work, making the best edibles ever, and of course taking care of Pops, cats, and her home.

If I hear more, I'll update this post.

Get well really soon "Mom" - please let me know if there is anything I can do for you or help you out in ANY way. Just call.

Ouch that really sucks. I injured my knee when i was in high school during summer training for football. Its never been the same. Hope she didnt hurt it to bad, like tearing joints or ligaments. Best wishes to a fast and full recovery.

Oh my goodness....

You guys just got me all teary; and I don't think its the vicoden, either..

You would think that a 50 year old woman would not climb 12 foot in the air to get down something, and THEN have the audacity to fall 8 feet, but not drop the box......but I did.

With all the good wishes from everyone, I know that I will recover quickly!!!!

Thank you so much; I promised my family that I have retired from climbing, and will keep my word!!

I popped by and paid a visit to Mom and Pop this afternoon.
Mom was in great spirits considering everything (although the Vicodan and J OG may have had a small something to say about that).

So here's a woman, hobbling around on crutches, but still busy as a beaver, knocking out brownies, and jars of Cannabalm!
