I’d like to take a moment to give special thanks to the PAN / IEPA Education Street Team that acted in downtown Riverside on Friday August 10th from 3:45 - 5:45 pm. This highly energize group of individuals made their appearance with shirts and signs - all t-shirts were matching with a giant red cross on the shirt and the leaf and medical symbol on the back.

Over 400 flyers were distributed to passes by throughout downtown Riverside encouraging individuals to educate themselves on the importance of defending the state’s rights of the seriously ill. The flyers included all the pertinent contact information for our governors office and seemed to make a good impression on the passers by.

Thanks again to Jake, Marie, Robert, Valerie, ****, Brice, Chad, Dave, Farrah, Ashley, Kristy, Doug, and ****** for making this action possible. Also special thanks to Shiram Tizabi and Helping Hands Cannabis Coalition for donating T-Shirts for the event, and special thanks to Chad for his dedication and preparation of the picket signs.
