I was driving home from the city hall protest when I heard the alert. I still had my camera on me... Apparently it was because Craig was in violation of his parole...

This was a plain clothed officer who came out in a bulletproof vest and 9mm...

Hold on before pointing fingers. Please. Innocent till proven guilty. The picture of the kid is an outdoor shot. There is a hose bibb which implies the picture is an outside shot. Any hostages inside the dispensary would undoubtedly be ushered away to be interrogated in private and not dragged outside? Maybe he was waiting in the car for mom? Who knows at this point?

End soon???? Is this the way most people are thinking? Aren't you all kinda tiried of existing under that rock? What don't you all understand that the County and City attorney have served notice. This is the way it's going to be until they shut down ALL the co-ops! This is not going to go away!! That's why we need EVERYONE to show up at the protests, no excuses except for those that are too sick to attend! The time for "sending" positive thoughts is over.

The time for "sending" yourself down to a protest has come. Be positive while you are there.

The city needs to understand we are not "druggies" or "drug dealers" this means representatives from every Co-Op who does not want to be considered a "drug dealer", and every single patient who does not consider themselves to be a "druggie" to also show up. I know it will not be the most fun you will have that week, but it may be the most important thing you ever do.

If we can literally fill the steps of city hall, even one time, they will have to listen to us. There are more than enough of us to do that; and they know it. By not doing it we only make ourselves look like the very people they think we are.

Whether the child was in a car, outside the shop or in the shop having him there does not help! If you can get to a shop by yourself then do it don't leave your friend, spouse, child or even pet in the car while you run in. Most shops (that I have been to) ask you not to leave people in the car. I understand some do not drive and a driver has to be left in the car. But a child!

On the fox 11 news they just showed this and the child was taken away in a police car Police said this clinic violated by making profit (I am NOT saying it is true, just repeating what is being reported) they are more then 1000ft from a school and other sales violations.

Here is my question for LAPD or whomever decides.....what deems a profit.....who decides this guy is making a profit and this guy is not? Do you first sit down with owner and go over books, X in - Y out =pos/neg Or have you decided all shops that are not co-ops make a profit? Tell us so we can make it right!

(do you all really think LAPD reads this forum? It has been stated they do)

hate me if you want, but if he violated his probation he ASKED for this. If i was on probation + dispensary owner i would do everything humanly possible to not violate. I not saying he deserved it, just that he knew the rules and risks of not following the rules.

You have to assume that the first time you mess up or let something slip they will be there to sweep you up.

How did they get Capone? IT wasn't all the killings, extortion, racketeering, bribery, bootlegging......they got him for tax evasion.

Craig is no Capone, dont get me wrong, im just saying they know ALL the tricks in the book, expect more of the same.

You guys in LA have some serious experience with opening up Co-ops but take it from us in SD, we have experience closing down, they dont give up and they WILL try to close them all.
