When I posted this, I copied that pic someone took in January of the DEA protest, the one I circled us in. And I put it up on Classmates and Reunion (they let you put up pics for free).

Since that time, my classmates pic have had 45 views; 12 have signed my guestbook and one sent an email (and altho I gotta pay to see the email, his name is signed, so I know who that was).

Hehehe. Showing 'em I haven't changed after all these years.

I'm still not paying to join tho, I'm hoping one of them will be smart enough to get to our High Schools own website, where there is a free alumni database!

Check it out, make a sign, get a picture at the march, and post it yourself! It's fun!

I know lots who are going. I was asked if I wanted to be in a "green man group"(?!), but have other friends using scooters, chairs, etc. due to mobility problems and will prob. be making sure they can keep moving along.

A Green Man Group sounds fun tho. I hope they show up.

In LA, we gotta a fair with carnival type stuff going on, booths, food. And there's drummers, lots of drummers. And the fair will be on Sunday too, if you can't make the march Saturday and would prefer MMJ fair over Cinco de Mayo fairs. Which Olvera St isn't far from Leimert Park, tho.

Of course we are, you'll see us there! Take pics for us, we always forget the camera in the car (or at home)! Sometimes it's just in a pocket, forgotten.

Been saving up money for the fair, booths are for nonprofit groups. Looking forward to some good BBQ!

The very best, best part of this march is all the honks and support shown. Its karmic. Course, all those parking enforcement vehicles blocking the side streets and "escorting the group" for the march is pretty awesome too. Like we are "somebody" important.

great, i'm glad some of us have organizational skills! it's not called the Mmj March, as someone noted. maybe the battle to legitimize mmj as medicine on par with pharmeceuticals is already lost because of whom we are competing with for attention- us gov/pharm companies, who know, maybe not?
