Maybe they should close them all down being that they are a magnet for crime: Gunmen rob Simi Valley pharmacy - LA Daily News Gunmen rob Simi Valley pharmacy Duo demand narcotic pain reliever Sue Doyle, staff writer Updated: 10/26/2009 02:36:39 PM PDT SIMI VALLEY - Two gunmen held up a pharmacy Monday morning, demanded Oxycontin prescription medication and then fled with the drugs in a car, police said. The armed men had entered the Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy at 9:45 a.m. in the 2900 block of Sycamore Drive with their faces covered with a cloth material, said Sgt. Adam Darough, Simi Valley Police Department. Darough said pharmacy employees complied with the suspects' demands for the narcotic pain reliever. The two men then sped off in a white sedan and headed south on Sycamore Drive. The suspects are described as Latino, in their early 20s, medium built and standing about 5 feet 10 inches tall.
