exactly. I had no intentions of voting for her. My vote right now is going to gavin newsome, although there is one issue, him and I do not agree on, I will never vote republican again, if I had to vote republican I just won't vote.

That's why I luvs me some Gavin Newsom! He's been the most outspoken supporter of marijuana I've ever seen in a viable major party candidate. I saw him on Real Time with Bill Maher back in April I believe and he spoke candidly about his support for marijuana legalization via AB 390.

Sorry dude, but I don't trust statements like that. Me thinks she's one of those folks who claims to support MMJ, but in reality, she wants to make it so narrow in scope that it's virtually indistinguishable from prohibition. Of course she's not going to run on a platform that blatantly contradicts state law. But this is a tactic that's quite common in the Republican party. They don't focus on eliminating policies they hate out right. Instead, they use their political power to gut said programs to death or severely limit their application. It's part of the Southern Strategy dude.

If I ever get the chance to meet Mr. Newsome I have two words for him (loud). YOU LIE!!! I can not support any candidate who cheats on his wife, never ever. It's an honesty and moral issue with me. If you allow yourself to sink so low that you would be dishonest with your own wife, how can regular people ever trust him? There is something called divorce. I would never cheat on my wife. If things got so bad I would handle it like a man and leave her, not go clandestine. I support Jerry Brown.

well lets not forget, Arnie boy also is supposedly in support of MMJ yet he vetoed an employment protection bill for MMJ patients.

I don't trust politicians in general but don't trust Republicans as far as I can throw them.

Brown's my second choice. I personally don't care if a politician cheats on his wife. I applaud your commitment to your wife, BB, and I sincerely hope my boyfriend has your character and conviction (not that I have any reason to doubt him). But when it comes to politicians, I think Chris Rock said it best: "A man is only as faithful as his options."

Um, from what I understand, Jerry's taken some time to get on board with MMJ, just like it took him a while to get used to gay marriage. People are allowed to change their minds IMO.
