The LA city atty is saying the same EXACT thing as Kern County's. No dispensary is a care giver and they must be NPOs. Good stuff, everyone needs to keep apprised.

im watching the live feed and its very interesting im from redding/red bluff and theyre doing the same here. we just passed stricter regulations redding.com and redbluffdailynews.com ...were concerned with whats going on in la as well and watching the meeting it just seems they are gonna postpone again, seems to be a fad right now.
