I recently received my card in NM. I don't want to disclose too much personal information, but I am on probation in this state. To make a long story short, my probation officer plans to violate me and send me to jail because I did not buy my medicine from the ONLY dispensary in the state, which I may add is SOLD OUT and there is a 30-45 day waiting period for them to issue membership to be a client of this mysterious dispensary. I have obtained legal counsel as of earlier today but am now looking to the community for HELP!!! My card says I am "legally permitted to use and possess up to six ounces of usable marijuana." Why, after President Barack Obama just said to leave us alone, are they messing with us..I am stressed out again and just don't want to have to go to jail again for treating myself especially after I went through every legal step to properly medicate myself.

My girlfriend is on probation in CA, and she is not allowed to drink Alcohol, but she is still allowed to use MMJ, because it's for a medical reason.

My question would be if you did not purchase your meds from the dispensary then where did u get them from?

Good Point. But Yeah That Doesn't Sounds Right! The Wonderful Law! Why Would We Want Things To Change Isn't Just Wonderful? This Sickens Me To Hear Shit Like This! I Wish You The Best Of Luck!
