Rep Power: 198 | I love these frogs! Very easy and fun. Some hybrid strains are called names such as Fantasy Frog. Cool. ![]() A page I dedicated to them. Often available for $15-35. They eat small animals such as crickets, fish, mice and the larger specimens of the Argentine Horned Frog can eat rats...I've seen it happen. Full size rat vs. female Horned Frog resulted in the frog clamping down twice, something the large rodent, and then slurping it's thick tail down like a piece of pasta. I don't advise feeding this beautiful frogs too much or such large prey, however. Pinkie mice are usually sufficient...and occasionally a lizard from the garden. Circle of life maaaan. ![]() http://sites.google.com/site/pacmanfrogs/ Last edited by MistaT; 08-06-2009 at 09:39 PM.. Reason: More images! |
