Yes it has now been 2 years since I smoked my last cigarette!! I feel better than when I was smoking!! It was 2 years ago today one of my little girls asked me on her birthday to quit!! I am so glad she did!! Anyways I am proud of myself for quitting after so many years! I go back to have another catscan friday to check my pinealgland tumor/cyst again also!! So wish me luck folks! You all have a wonderful night!!

25 years for me!!! Never too late to quit. My secret: Carry disdain for the tobacco industry, be pissed off that they are using you and your health to line their pockets with cash. Think of the assholes laughing at you and your addiction all the way to their banks. Put em out of business!!!

The one time it's good to be a quitter. I'm just over a year and a half without a cigarette. I still want 1 everyday, but I know if I cheat at all I'll be back to a pack a day.
