thinking about what ive missed
since i joined the cancer list
my hair is gone
and so is my breast
but now i see who loves me best
i also see those
who have slipped away
I cant control how you feel today
i look in the mirror
see a beautiful perfection
then why has cancer taken affection
so strange this disease
and the emotional trauma
I wonder how id feel if I wasnt a momma
my son keeps me busy
as Im running around
thinking of the changes
that are so profound
its only a year
gone from my journey
to think only 4 months ago
I was lying on a gourney
in a cold hallway
waiting for changes in my life
the changes that tool place
when they sliced with that knife
only temporary is what they say
but crawl in my body
would you feel that way
you dirve down the road
wishing you werent so cold
and think how nice it would be
if you had someone to hold
im not depressed
and im feeling happy
but the fact that theres no affection
yes it makes me unhappy
fuck you cancer you truely crappy!!!

Cancer is a evil monster!!! I understand what you are going through! I like the way you write about it! To be sick almost everyday is a real bummer ! But just remember always live everyday as your last it helps!!!! :slaugh:
