Have been experimenting w/Resveratrol for past 5 mos. ,daily ~ therapeutic dosage 200-250 mg/day ~ there are many wannabes out there ~ "Polygonum Cuspidatum" extract is considered the standard way to go

Noticeable 'pro' changes so far ,appetite suppressant ,mucho energy ~ feel well-rested w/min sleep @ 66

'con' changes ~ expensive $.50/1.00/day ~ But ,there is NO price on healthlongevity
