MMJ Strains - for Rheumatoid Arthritis Pain Relief

OK WT ladies and gents,

I have done a LOT of experimenting as to which strains help give pain relief from my Rheumatoid Arthritis (there are 100 types in the family) chronic pain-- I imagine the same ones will help with the chronic pain of Osteo Arthritis (the type that everybody gets if and when they grow older)=====

LET'S USE THIS THREAD TO SHARE OUR NOTES AND EXPERIENCE!

I used to think that only heavy Indicas really worked on pain control for my RA, and surely they do indeed, but, I have noted that some Sativas, like good ol Snow Cap, Sour Diesel, if truly top shelf and dank, also are quite helpful for getting the pain demons to lighten up a bit.

Then there's what is good for day medicating and what is good for night medicating. For days, the best for me are the above Sativas- also, some hybrids like Mr. Nice Guy. For nights, Third Eye and the always reliable Kush family of strains work well. Add to them a bit of earwax and I can sleep without the pain waking me up till around 4AMish, which, for me is a blessed nights' sleep.

Please share your experiences and give us some detail on what works for you and the chronic pain from what type of either RA or OA you are fighting.

And, never give up the fight! We have many decades of ignorance and prejudice to make up for-imagine how much further along our knowledge would be in the MMJ for Pain Control field if our Federal Government did not have its charming head so far up its less than charming posterior for so long about this medication and its obvious utility for those of us who just plain HURT ALL THE TIME.

THANKS.

Thumbs up Re: MMJ Strains - for Rheumatoid Arthritis Pain Relief

I've both types, but haven't found any single srtain that would allow me to suspend taking Celebrex, so I'll be reading along and trying the suggested strains.

Thanks for the thread DSW.

You mentioned that 'earwax' has some desireable effect for pain/sleep ... can me presume 'third eye earwax' is your 'wax of choice' ... ?/? ... 'seek and you shall find':smile2: ,silvercloud.wt ... that is all .....
