| let's talk about visualization and pain management I'm just going to keep posting, in hopes that it helps someone, anyone.feel free to add helpful suggestions. I can't stress enough how beneficial the meditations I found on the free pod cast are. here's the link again. I personally use 3, 4, 5 and eight from my recovery. Each has you visualize your health and life the way you want them to be an encourages you to feel the way you would feel if things were the way you wanted them to be. If anyone tries these I would love to hear feedback. I'd also like to share an increased blood flow visualization from the book the Einstein factor.I'm really glad I found this. I almost overlooked it because it's hidden in a chapter about children and pregnancy.I would like to quote it at length for clarity. Quote:

| Re: let's talk about visualization and pain management Healing through visualization Each of us whether we realize it or not, abides by the a universal law of attraction. what we think about and talk about we attract into our lives, no matter whether we think about wanting it or not wanting. Therefore is important us to think constructively. So rather than think, "I don't want to have these health problems anymore" instead say, "I'm so glad to be healthy" or "I want perfect health". visualize your help, the way you want it to be. Don't anticipate conflict in the MMJ community, instead imagine what it would be like being in total harmony. If you hate war try loving peace instead. this concept may seem strange at first, but it's a very powerful exercise. When we began doing this we notice major changes in every area of lives. even if a positive thought doesn't feel true to you. Just imagine what it would be like or think "wouldn't it be nice". |

| Re: let's talk about visualization and pain management visualization is a process that has been taught by all the great teachers and avatars throughout the centuries, as well as by all the great teachers living today. In Charles Haanel's book, the master key system, written in 1912, he gives 24 weekly exercise to master visualization. (More important, is complete master key system will also help you become the master of your thoughts). the reason visualization is so powerful is because as you create pictures in your mind as seen yourself with what it is you want, you are generating thoughts and feelings of having it now. Visualization is simply powerful focus all in pictures, and it causes equally powerful feelings. When you visualize, you are admitting the powerful frequency out into the universe. The law of attraction will take hold of that powerful signal and returned those pictures back to you, just as you saw them in your mind. |
