What is the top range for a doctors recommendation?

I need to renew my prescription next month and just checked on the fee - still $150. And you know, I don't mind because these physicians have to pay unbelievable fees for insurance, their staff, their office and let's not forget - attorneys. I see it as a necessary expense.

What would be nice if we could start a foundation or a fund for the truly medically indigent. Last I checked, medicare, medi-cal, disability or private health insurance does not cover these expense. Sad commentary.

The cheapest I have seen (in LA) has been $80 for a rec. I think it was a coupon deal, something like $20 off the regular $100. There are many places in LA that are right around $100 for a rec.

Check around, I have seen renewal rates at about $80. Even the advertisers here on WT list renewals at that price.

i've seen 50 but there is a long waitttt. They have been getting more thorough on qualifying you to get a recommendation which is a VERY GOOD thing! I have seen so many guys there that are just exploiting the loophole.

In San Diego I've seen the highest 175 and the lowest 89 (short time offer)
