So yesterday morning i went into cedars for surgery on the right shoulder. (my 4th shouder surgery in the past 2 years) never had a problem or bad reaction before...about 20 minutes after waking up, i was put in post-op and had the rudest nurse ever. i made an official complaint and hope she gets fired. she denied me of my insulin. i was quickly transferred to a better post op facility and put into better care...well this is where it gets scary....i HATE all opiates and narcotics for one...for pain control i was given an injection of dilaudid. the mother of all opiates. about 20 minutes after, my body was having a terrible reaction.. it truly scared me. my whole body started shaking uncontrollably with extremely high blood pressure and pulse levels...so high i could've went into cardiac arrest or worse...the shaking felt like a seizure. the reaction lasted a few hours. since i couldn't tolerate any of the strong meds, i pretty much went the the night in the worst pain of my life. i was given morphine multiple time and my body is immune to it...very strange...it only enhanced the pain. came home today. surgery was a success but after sucked. end rant/

Yeah, nurses never seize to give you lip or attitude. I remember when I had to have surgery on my right ovary (it twisted and had a cyst on it) and I was in the worst pain of my entire life, even after injuring my back in a car accident and this bitch of a nurse told me if I can't take that pain, then I should never plan on having any kids. I was in so much pain I was puking, so I puked on that bitches shoes after her running her mouth like that.

I guess with all the hours they work and patients they deal with they are bound to mouth off to you. But in no ways should you have to tolerate that. I hope she gets fired too.

medicating with proper meds for the first time in 2 days! having a salad bowl of master jet li, gdp and lavender outta the vape. first time ive felt comfortable since surgery. since i can't tolerate ANY opiates or narcos. They cause me severe nausea, full body itch, sweating as well as my body temp rises and sometimes the pain is enhanced. if pot isn't strong enough, it goes great with a weak opiate like percocet. pot stops the itches, anxiety, nausea and pain that is associated with those pills. plus marinol does not work.

Did you receive a Anti nausea Shot before the injection of dilaudid???
If not... This shit will make you see stars because off the puking and how sick it makes you in less than 2 minutes of injection without it...
I had to have the combination of both for three days after my hip surgery...I was seeing hair growing out of my arms and Dogs barking from walls that were not there. Man that shit is strong.... BUT....without these Pain Killers...I can only imagine the Pain...
I now use a none narco analgesic for moderate pain.. Tramadol HCL.
Works well with the finest OG Kush for sleep and Pain so far.....
