Rep Power: 36928      | Cotton Candy / Romulan - calming effect Ran into this hybrid for the first time this week, and I am greatly happy with the calming effect it seems to have. Leaves you clear-headed but creates a very mellow ambiance. This goes into the anti-stess column.  |
