Rep Power: 414   | Bipolar MMJ + Meds?? Hi, Just want to know which meds you are you taking, and how well you tolerate them with MMJ. My husband is seeing his new psychiatrist in the next couple of weeks; I'm looking for guidance and feedback. Much appreciated!  |

Rep Power: 414 | Re: Bipolar MMJ + Meds?? That's weird...no replies. Hmmmm. ;) Don't know if everyone's being shy for a reason, but I'll start. I'm not bipolar. I'm on 20mg Lexapro daily for anxiety/depression. My husband is bipolar II. He was on Lexapro and Ambien, which really messed him up. From there, he progressed to Seroquel (tactically helpful) and MMJ. We've read that Wellbutrin is a good med for balancing depression and hypomania in bipolar II. Oh...and a thought just occurred to me...unless I'm talking about bipolarity in relation to MMJ, I should probably be posting in a bipolar site somewhere. So I promise not to post any more bipolar stuff here. :) But anything you all can tell me about meds will help. We're seeing my husband's new psychiatrist on Tuesday. |
