If so, let's do it!

How many WT's are registered voters in LA County?

Here's the rules. Too legalese for me. Anyone care to tackle if it's possible? Cursory look indicates any registered voter can begin process.

Looks like the number of signatures it'll take is 10% of the voting constituency. I think.

We gotta have VooDoo Chile look this over.

Re: Is it possible to recall D.A. Cooley?

I'm definitely no legal expert, but I reads good.

Looks like any registered voter who is a resident of the district can start the process, and it will take signatures from 10% of registered voters to get the recall election to be held. There are a lot of other loops to be jumped through, but from the PDF that looks like the basics.

I doubt we could get 400k signatures to recall Dumanis if the same kind of rules applied here. I would certainly be willing to help anyone that wants to get going on it. Perhaps just the fact that a recall petition is being circulated would get her attention.

btw, I loved your old school curing techniques you shared in the other thread. Especially the spraying with raid from veg onward and dousing with kerosene to make it burn better, lmfao. WT wouldn't let me give you anymore rep yet.

Exclamation Re: Is it possible to recall D.A. Cooley?

We need to flood the Mayors office in LA with calls.
He is a very ambitious man.
We need to tell him:

1. He will never win a statewide office in CA subverting the laws of our state.

2. He will not be re-elected Mayor just for wasting our tax dollars on the persecution of businesses trying to follow state laws.

about 500-1000 phone calls made today mentioning the DA and police chief statements yesterday should start the political panic.
