Looks like any registered voter who is a resident of the district can start the process, and it will take signatures from 10% of registered voters to get the recall election to be held. There are a lot of other loops to be jumped through, but from the PDF that looks like the basics. |

He will never win a statewide office in CA subverting the laws of our state. 2. He will not be re-elected Mayor just for wasting our tax dollars on the persecution of businesses trying to follow state laws. about 500-1000 phone calls made today mentioning the DA and police chief statements yesterday should start the political panic. |
