At 2:30pm YOU can watch it LIVE at pe.com Here's how they describe it: "The Press-Enterprise Company is hosting a live webcast of a Medical Marijuana Forum on Wednesday from 2:30 – 4 p.m. Topics include the Obama Administration’s recent decision regarding conflicting federal and state laws, local government moratoriums on dispensaries and more thoughtful discussion on the social impact of medicinal marijuana.
