Cooley says 100% of dispensaries in LA County are illegal.

Trutanich, in classic Reefer Madness style, on camera takes a Raid bug spray can, I shit you not, proceeds to spray it in the air, and ask the rhetorical question, "now would anyone smoke something with this on it?", or something to the effect! This guy is a real uneducated person. Can't believe GLACA even got behind this lunatic! Shows how most politicians are two-faced liars.

One again, let's recall Cooley and Trutanich? Who the hell knows how to do this or if there's a process?

Surprise cannabis has been used for well over 2000yrs .. i bet even the Eskimos know you dont use roach spary on it ,,, who does he think he fooling?
i dont know where Mr Tranchula gets his weed from , but i never seen roaches in cannabis before lol

This is silly , this like Parents dont regulate there kids properly and let them turn in to gang bangers that get in serious trouble....
But the parents never get held responsible for letting the kids turn in to gang bangers in first place

Wait a second.... I thought we couldn't use those pesticides because it would destroy our crops? Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't there a reason that we don't just use Raid or any other bug spray on our Veggie Garden let alone our beloved buds? Where is the proof such pesticides are being used? Why do we have to have a raid to figure it out? Couldn't the health department inspect and take samples, instead of displacing business's and humiliating individuals?

Since when do DA's get to interpret law? Isn't that what supreme court does? And doesn't it seem biased to "create what they believe the law is" rather than abide by what the state law already is... Legal for medical use.

All jokes aside. For quite some time now our government and particularly the justice system have been doing whatever they want, trampling the constitution and the American people. The only reason it is so obvious now, is they have been doing it so long they don't need to hide it any more.

In the absence of written senate or city council approved law, those who would enforce the law get to do whatever they want, leaving it for the judges to decide if they did the proper thing or not. Yes, I realize voter approved law should be more than enough, but the voters are not part of the "law" club, and these people only listen to their friends in the club.

I've always been grateful for the co-ops I visit.

I never realized they were just illegal operations preying on sick people by selling RAID-soaked medicine. (and I thought paraquat was bad!) Trutanich clearly cares about our health and just wants to protect us.

Vendors and the actually business structure behind these "co-op's" was never intent of prop 215.

The medical profession has not been helpful in the shamefull marketing structure that has created itself , do some background of your pot doctor and you might just find there is a history of malpractice and medicare fraud.

I have a deep and undying respect for the medicinal properties of the herb but not of the business california has created.

I mean I know its utopian to believe patients could actually come together and form proper cooperatives and not the "shops".

I look forward to a return to normalcy in propistion 215's intent and model for distribution(if thats even realistic) .

Major co-operatives in hollywood will be left untouched , as will certain major dispenaries in SFV.

You notice the dennis zine qoute "a "few" are working legally" , any chance those the ones shaking your hand in the photo shoots in front of council few years back?

If you came into this movement to make a diffrence and not run a business. You welcome there decision its only in a repeated proof of right in a courtroom will our rights stand.

But get real , there a very few collectives that resemble anything like the first co-ops in la , and im not talking the yellowhouse.

This went from a movement to a marketing plan many years ago.

The Raid can is the same old tactics they were using years ago with
Paraquat.

While I thought the Raid can was a joke, what really bothered me the
most was Cooley's statement about limiting MMJ to people with "chronic" conditions. This seems to be the new angle coming from LE: that only
they can decide who is worthy of a doctor's rec and therefore they
can use their own judgement to determine who can and cannot
have access to MMJ.

The only politician I trust on this issue at the moment is Jerry Brown. I hope
he get's elected our next governor. He's been around long enough to
have a track record that shows he's not a double-dealing scumbag.

It also makes me feel *very* uneasy about the leadership in the local MMJ community. That they would take the word of a scumbag like Trutanich and
reccommend him without really checking him out, makes me feel like our
leadership is sadly lacking.

RAID alert. Don't you love how he's talking about eradicating what bugs him with RAID. Just as you would use RAID to take care of pests, he will used RAID to eradicate those that are pests to the city. How appropriate to use a can of RAID to make his point. Just like the commercial shows, until your affected by the RAID you do not even have an idea of what is happening until its too late and the RAID takes you out. The RAID will sneek up on you and after that you are history. Just like nobody cares about the bugs you kill with RAID, no one will care after you after they use the RAID on you and you are gone.
I know what happens after the City shuts you down. Everyone moves on and you are left to fight for years on your own as your life enters a new phase that you never imagined could have happened. It affects every aspect of your life, but has no effect upon those who now get their meds elsewhere.
