Natural care for wellness(place that handles my perscribing docs patients) is beggining to look like natural care for get us rich. I have now on two seperate occasions gone to a collective as a first time patient and had to leave without meds because i have mysterisly " disappeared from the natural care for wellness system" and cant get verified. the first time i had to fax them a copy of my original to prove i was a patient and then they re entered me in there system. today it happened again and I spent three hours calling them and following there automated directions to a office in northridge that had no sign so we couldnt find it. then a office in sherman oaks that was moved months ago and then back to the first place when i arrived back at the first place i entered and told the guy about my problem. my perscribing doctor who had been in the back must have overheard and she came out saying she had just reset the server and everything works fine now(apparently when they updated there server at 6:45 this morning i slipped out of it).... and she gave me a 25$ discount on renewel. But i mean like..... if i get pulled over after getting my meds and the cops go to verify me and there is a system glitch i can end up in jail... this is not what i call safe access.. not to mention the thought of not having my medicine ... security guys at collectives keep telling me there a bunch of *********** have had problems with them in the past and not to renew with them. but is there anything i can do in the meantime?
