Rep Power: 2315    |  What should the court do? in the kelly case both sides agree that the plant and poss. limits in s.b. 420 are unconstatutional. both sides agree that there should be limits. the court can't just forget that it's unconst.. what are they to do? i think that they should put plant limits at the federal level (99). i have no idea as to what that would make in poss. limits. only nature knows. |
