It has been confirmed by ASA. It was very quick hit. They came in grabbed all the med's and left. They are closed right now.

I didn't have internet access earlier when I had heard about this and don't know any details. I just hope the nice couple and the rest at WHTC are not in jail and can make it thru this difficult time. They're good people.

It Wouldnt Even be jail. Youd be in a holding cell overnight at the station and then let out in the morning. Devonshire division has done it to me on numerous actions with no reasoning or explanations either. Just policy i guess cant say fuck you to a cop and get away with it. Especially not LA County Sheriff

Yeah I guess it wouldnt be wise to do it to a LA cop because I have been to the LA jail for four days and its more gnarly then the OC jails. I have had it with these raids though and its making me mad and when Im mad I want to say fuck you LAPD but its not worth it.

You can't use profanity in front of any officer of the court. Which means lawyers, court personal, cops, and judges. Be careful with judges and profanity, unless your an ACLU attorney, or have one standing next to you, their likely to hold you in contempt, untill you apolagize. You can be locked up on contempt, for an idefinate amount of time, per the judges discrestion. Just my own personal experience.

Maybe. Maybe not. Depends on a alot of things. I wouldn't advise it though. Showing up at raids to protest is one thing. Getting in a cop's face is another ball game.

When I was 19, I told a member of the LAPD to "Fuck off"

While I did not go to jail I got a misdemeanor ticket for disrespecting an officer....To this day the attitude I get from PD is absolutely unreasonable. For the most part I have no real regrets, what happens happens, but....if I could do that over I would shut up....

So yeah, it is absolutely not worth it to talk crap to the PD...just get in the car and bump NWA for a minute to get the frustration out, then go back to being polite.....

My temper still gets the best of me regularly, but I will never say those words to a Cop again....

When I was seventeen I got caught puffing a bowl at the Tustin market Place and because I was under age the cop called my mom to pick me up. The cop was one of the worst cops I have had to deal with. Before my mom showed up he was such an asshole. When my mom did show up I said fuck you to his face and he cuffed me and put me in the back of his cop car and then a couple minutes later he said are you calmed down now? and let me go with no ticket or anything but my mom wanted him to take me to Juvenile hall. Dont worry guys Im not going to be stupid and say FU to a LA cop.

I have just received a report of an LAPD raid at Woodland Hills Treatment Center located on the second floor at 5338 Alhama Drive. A patient walked in during the raid and was briefly detained. He reported seeing another man, possibly of Middle-eastern ethnicity, being detained as well. There is no word yet on any arrests.

What a drag. It's in my hood. The City Attorney is grasping at anything he can as attempt to get get the collectives banned failed. Now he's going to harass any collective that is not totally legit. All collectives must be a non-profit organizations. It also helps when the store is involved in the community, i.e., fund raisers for charity, etc. The government tends to leave those stores alone. Therefore, we will see many more stores getting raided due to the City Attorney's attempt to banned medical marijuana use in the Los Angeles area.

i wish that was true, but they raid good ones as often as bad ones....Duncan's spot was an example to us all, but they raided his spot simply because he's an ASA leader and activist.....they were giving out free meds and involved and community and helping many more collectives do it right...........the only pattern they have is to do one area at a time......downtown today, woodland hills tomorrow....marina del rey had 6 spots raided in winter-good and bad-location, location, location.........it's just easier for them to raid within a certain radius; that way they hit a lot of spots at once, without spreading out!!

A Real Protest needs to happen against LAPD tactics on legal business that have already been through the ringer (the legal ones)

People need to show up and speak up at Neighborhood Council meetings and force the issue how tax payers dollars are spent! A 10% tax with 2% of that 10% to go to the co-op's local city for pay for Schools, Parks and other things the Neighborhood 's need!

Also have a Cap of $35 per 1/8th would be ideal and the growers would be regulated for purity and for the edibles would be like another restaurant that prepares food to the public the heath dept. would over see that..Just like any other business..

It's a no brainier..Just tax it regulated for recreational and Tax exempt for MMJ users at the same time.

Let's organize protests at police stations. The cops and the D.A./C.A. are the criminals breaking the law and violating our rights. These zoning issues are civil matters and the police should not be raiding or arresting us.

Let's raid the police station and see how they like it. I think some rioting and anarchy might be in order.
